HDS satellite modular rotary die-cutting machine has multiple cutter mounting grooves on the same bottom shaft.The circular design of the working station can realize a multi-die fit of the bottom shaft,and the process of the large step and multi-die cutting precision is obviously stable.The die-cutting operation is simple and the precision is improved,so that the sleeve cutting size and the large step size are more stable.

Functions

1.Station compensation:single-shaft independent or multi-shaft linkage compensation can be realized;
2.Asynchronous laminating: can control the work station to take different product hops to achieve material saving purposes;
3.Automatic compensation:scan the marked points with the sensor to realize automatic tool compensation;
4.Double main shaft operation: It can realize the dual use of one machine and simultaneously produce two different types of products;
5.Counting function:It can realize the number of counts or meters of the product,and it can automatically stop after reaching the set value;
6.Process preservation:100 processes can be stored;
7.Air pressure monitoring: When the external air source pressure is too low ,it can automatically stop and alarm;
8.System fault monitoring:Monitor the control system and servo system,and automatically alarm and stop when abnormal.
